This is supposed to be sickeningly sweet & will be loved by all chocolate-lovers :)

- 225gm McVities biscuits
- 115gm soft butter
- 115gm / half cup castor sugar
- 115gm dark chocolate (if you dont like dark, you can also use light chocolate)
- 1 egg, beaten
Method :
- Line base of a springform cake pan or cake tin with silicon paper & butter the sides. (Will do even if u dont have anyone of the above, you can also make this in a simple glass bowl)
- Break the biscuits & keep aside.
- Cream butter + sugar in a bowl.
- Melt the chocolate over a double boiler & add in the butter & sugar mixture. Mix well with a spatula.
- Add beaten egg & mix well.
- Add in the crushed biscuits, mix well so that everything is incorporated with each other well.
- Place this cold cake mixture into the cake tin, making sure the bottom of the dish is well covered by this mixture.
- Cover with cling film & keep in the fridge for 3 hours.
- Remove from the fridge & allow it to warm slightly.
- Separately melt 225gm dark chocolate & drizzle on the top.
- If you like nuts, you can sprinkle it with an assortment of nuts.
This is a good chocolaty serving for one our those chocolate-craving days ;)
